Are you interested in, or know someone who is interested in, beginning a career in public policy? The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities is now accepting applications for their State Policy Fellowship Program for its class of 2019. This is a two-year, paid fellowship.

State Policy Fellows are placed with an influential state-based policy organization — such as the California Budget & Policy Center — or with the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities and organizations in Washington, D.C., beginning in the summer of 2019.

One of the goals of the fellowship is to expand the diversity of voices that speak with authority in state policy issues. A graduate degree in public policy, law, social work, economics, or a similar field is required.

The deadline to apply is February 10, 2019.
