The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities hosted its annual state policy conference, IMPACT 2017: Building Power, Advancing Equity. The conference brought together members of the State Priorities Partnership (SPP), a network of independent, nonprofit research and policy organizations representing more than 40 states, and others interested in state policy.
